HVF : Clamp Fittings and Adaptors
Introduction
The Clamp range of unions has become the universally accepted fitting of choice for much of the food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. This simple design and use fitting, generally requires no tools for use, covers a wide range of pipe and tube sizes, finishes, materials and complies with all the relevant US and European standards including ASME BPE-2022, 3A Standard, BS 4825 Part 3, DIN 32676 Tables A, B & C and also ISO 2852.
The standard heavy-duty clamp has been the market leading product for over 25 years and is available in sizes from 4mm to 12.75” encompassing both imperial, metric and schedule pipe sizes.
High pressure clamps are available from 1” to 12” while the light duty clamps are available from ½” to 10” in the single hinge pin design.
A full range of sealing materials is offered that meet with the stringent requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries and these include FDA CFR 21 Para. 177.2600 and 1550; 3A Cat 11, EC1935/2004; EC10/201 &, USP Class V1 <87&88> Toxicity.
