HVF : DIN 11864 & DIN 11853 Aseptic Unions

We offer a range of stainless steels fittings suitable for orbital welding in the aseptic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The range includes – equal tees, reducing tees, bends and both concentric and eccentric reducers.

Each fitting has extended tangents to allow use with orbital welding sets.  The products are supplied in a range of different surface finishes to match the client requirements.

The range accommodates three tube sizes common to the industry, namely DIN11866 (Table A), ISO 1127/DIN11866  (Table B) and DIN11866 (Table C) ASME BPE 2022/BS4825 Part 3.

H3        –           0.8µM Ra Internals and 1.0µm Ra Externals – Standard

H4        –           0.4µM Ra Internals and 1.0µm Ra Externals

                          0.6 µM Ra (EP) Internals and 1.0µm Ra Externals
