BSP Fittings

HVF offer a complete range of Custom Fittings for high and low pressure applications.  Our range includes Socket Weld and Butt Weld Pipe Fittings, BSP and NPT threaded fittings and adaptors, JIC & Lug-Nut Couplings.

These fittings are extensively used in the Hygienic, Oil, Gas & Petro-Chemical industries for applications including steam and cooling water transfer.  We offer an extensive range to suit both rigid and flexible pipe applications.

150lb Low Pressure Pipe Fittings

150lb Class BSP screwed pipe fittings are manufactured in CF8M 316 stainless steel, using a Lost Wax “Investment Casting” process giving a high quality finish.

Generally in accordance with BS 1740 Part 1: 1971/ BS1387:1985 all fittings pressure tested at the factory and are 150 psi pressure rated.

1/8″ – 4″.

3000lb Screwed and Socket Weld Fittings

HVF offer two categories of High Pressure fittings, namely 3000lb and 10,000 lb with various permutations of end connections available for both.

Our 3000 lb range of fittings is forged from ASTM A182 F316L Stainless Steel.

Dimensionally in accordance with ANSI B16.11 and MSS-SP-83, we offer material certification to NACE and BS EN 10204 3.1.B.
