HVF offer Tassalini Spray Heads/Sprayballs line in two versions: fixed and rotating.

The fixed washing balls for their simplicity, for their effective operation and for the rapid and perfect sanitation. These are used in many tanks in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. 

Mainly suitable for small tanks and in processes where easily soluble liquids or poor adhesiveness must be eliminated.

Each product is made from AISI 316 stainless steel and come in a number of surface finishes (satin, mirror polished or electro-polished).

Our washing balls are supplied in different sizes and types to satisfy all current needs. The washing flow produced instead by the rotating head generates the rotation motion thanks to the reaction force of the jets.

The rotation speed depends on the pressure of the washing fluid, which must be governed to eliminate the risk of the jets being damaged.
