HVF : Screwed Unions & Butt Weld Fittings
Introduction
HVF Valves Ltd offer a comprehensive range of fittings to meet the requirements of the British and international standards for butt weld fittings and hygienic screwed unions. These include Tri-Clamp®, RJT, IDF/ISS, SMS/DS fittings and plain ended welding fittings such as bends, tees Y-pieces and reducers.
These fittings are detailed in standards such as BS4825, while SMS and DIN11851, DIN11864 & DIN11853 fittings are covered by European standards and are commonly used here in the UK.
We now offer a range of Aseptic Fittings covered by the DIN11864 & DIN11853 standard and the complimentary DIN11865 Orbital Weld Fittings that include tees, bends and reducers
Polished tube is also offered to BS4825 Part 1 (manufactured to ASTM A269/270) and also metric tube to DIN11850.
We now carry ASME BPE Tube in the SFT-1 finish and SFT-4 is available to order.
