DIN11864-2 Form A and DIN11853-2 Form A, Aseptic Flange Union

This range of aseptic flange unions has been developed by the German hygienic industry to meet the exacting needs of the needs of the food, dairy and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

This range was developed from a hygienic flange union that was commonly used in Germany and utilised the DIN11851 D Ring Seal.

Available with optional lengths to suit Orbital and Manual Welding, these unions have been designed to match tube and pipe specifications including DIN 11850 / 11866; ASME BPE 2022 and BS 4825 Part 1 and also the DIN11866-Table B / ISO 1127 Standard for pipe.

The “Form A” seal is an O Ring joint whilst Form B is not commercially available.

A complementary range of orbital welding fittings is also available to DIN11865 Table A, B and C and includes Bends, Tees and Reducers.

Surface finish:

H2 – 0.8µM Ra Internals and 1.6µm Ra Externals

H3 – 0.8µM Ra Internals and 1.0µm Ra Externals – Standard

H4 – 0.4µM Ra Internals and 1.0µm Ra Externals

0.6 µM Ra (EP) Internals and 1.0µm Ra Externals
