HVF : Tank Manways and Tank Equipment
Introduction
A full range of stainless steel Hygienic Tank Manways is offered, to suit all of your access and entry requirements to Pressure Vessels, Vegetable Washing Machines, Storage Tanks, Silos, and Ducting Systems.
The manways are manufactured in an array of different shapes and sizes to suit individual vessel requirements. Circular atmospheric manways are offered in sizes from 150mm to 1600mm diameters to suit storage vessel applications while the high pressure range is available from 150mm to 800mm and are used on Reactor Vessels and Autoclaves where pressure can reach as high at 10 Bar and 150ºC.
PED 97/23/CE documentation is available for many of these high pressure models.
The Manways are available in 316 stainless steel as standard with 304 stainless steel available as an option.
Full material traceability to EN10204 3.1.B is available on most items in the range. However, please be sure to specify this requirement at the enquiry stage.
The standard Gasket Material is EPDM and Natural Rubber, VMQ/Silicone, Nitrile/Buna and FKM/VITON are also available to meet your product needs. Higher specification seals are also offered in FKM, FEP Silicone and FEP Viton®.
Certificates of conformity can be provided for FDA approved seal materials in certain cases.
Perforated Grids and Wire Crosses are offered both as Health & Safety measures and also to prevent the ingress of foreign particles from operators and the environment.
A recent addition to the range are Sight Glass Manways and these are available in both Oval and Circular configurations.
