HVF : Clamp Fittings and Adaptors

The range of gasket material is constantly evolving to cater for advances made in sealing technology.  As more and more materials are approved and added to the list of FDA, USDA and ASME BPE standards there is the need to constantly update the list.

The standard range of elastomer products offered include EPDM, VMQ/Silicone, Nitrile / (BUNA-Aâ), and  FKM/Viton. Fluoro-polymers such as PTFE solid and PTFE encapsulated seals are offered.  Special materials such as Gylon Bio Pro 3504 are now offered along with Steam Compatible PTFE derivatives and also Metal Detectable Gaskets.

Elastomer Gaskets

Generally all our elastomer Clamp Gaskets products are offered in accordance with Title 21 CFR 177.2600 for repeated use in contact with foodstuffs.  Specials are  available to meet the criteria Class 1 or 2 of the 3-A Sanitary Standards. Increasingly USP Class V1 <87 and/or 88 toxicity> are offered and EC1935/2004 in many cases.

PTFE Gaskets

PTFE Gaskets are produced from compounds which conform to F.D.A Code of Federal Regulations for Teflon® and Fluorocarbon resins materials under “Title 21, paragraph 177.1550 for use in contact with foodstuffs”.  Specials are  available to meet the criteria Class 1 or 2 of the 3-A Sanitary Standards. Increasingly USP Class V1 <87 and/or 88 toxicity> are offered and EC10/2011 in many cases.

PTFE Seal Fillers are produced from compounds which conform to F.D.A Coe of Federal Regulations for rubber and rubber like materials under “Title 21, paragraph 177.2600″.
